Terms of Use

Creadev is a no-code platform for creating, publishing, and monetizing 3D games and interactive experiences. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Creadev Technologies Inc.’s services (“Creadev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website https://www.creadev.net and any associated applications, tools, or services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age in your jurisdiction to consent to use online services.
   If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
   You represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration & Security
   Certain features require an account.
   You must provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
   You are responsible for all activity under your account.
   Sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by your subscription.

3. User Content & Ownership
   3.1 Ownership
   You retain ownership of content you create using Creadev, including games, assets, scripts, audio, images, text, UI elements, and designs (“User Content”).
   3.2 License to Creadev
   By uploading or publishing User Content, you grant Creadev a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Platform.
   3.3 Responsibility
   You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions.

4. Publishing, Distribution, and Monetization
   You are responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, platform rules, and age ratings related to published games.
   Creadev is not your publisher unless explicitly agreed in writing.
   Monetization tools (in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising) are subject to platform fees and applicable laws.
   Creadev may suspend monetization features for violations or legal compliance.

5. Marketplace & Third-Party Assets
   Marketplace or third-party assets are licensed for use within Creadev projects only.
   You may not resell or redistribute assets outside Creadev without permission.
   Third-party asset licenses apply; you are responsible for compliance.

6. Multiplayer & Hosting
   Creadev may provide cloud hosting, multiplayer servers, and storage.
   We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or permanence of User Content.
   You are responsible for player moderation and compliance with online safety laws.

7. AI & Automated Tools
   AI-generated content may not be unique or copyright-free.
   You are responsible for ensuring that AI outputs do not infringe third-party rights.

8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
   Users may not create, upload, or distribute content that includes or promotes:
   Sexual Content / Nudity – pornography, indecent exposure, sexual exploitation, sexualized content involving minors.
   Self-Harm / Suicide – promotion, encouragement, or graphic depiction of self-injury or suicide.
   Gambling – real-money gambling, unlicensed betting, or lottery-style games.
   Hate / Discrimination – content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination against any group or individual based on protected characteristics.
   Drugs & Alcohol – promotion of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol use.
   Illegal Activity – instructions for crimes, piracy, trafficking, or software exploits.
   IP Infringement – content violating copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
   Excessive Violence / Gore – graphic real-life violence or gratuitous gore.
   Personal Data Abuse – doxxing, unauthorized collection, or misuse of others’ data.
   Malware / Spam – viruses, phishing, scams, or disruptive bots.
   Terrorism / Extremism – content promoting or recruiting for violent or extremist organizations.
   Enforcement:
   Creadev reserves the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, disable monetization, and report violations to authorities at its sole discretion.

9. DMCA & Copyright Complaints
   Creadev complies with Canadian and U.S. copyright laws.
   Copyright holders may submit notices to info@creadev.net.
   Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.

10. Subscription, Fees & Payment
    Certain Platform features require a subscription.
    Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
    Creadev may update pricing with reasonable notice.

11. Termination
    You may terminate your account at any time.
    Creadev may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or at its discretion.
    Upon termination, access to User Content may be revoked, but Creadev will use commercially reasonable efforts to allow export.

12. Intellectual Property (Platform)
    All Platform software, engine, UI, branding, and documentation remain property of Creadev or its licensors.
    Reverse engineering or copying of Platform components is prohibited.

13. Beta Features
    Experimental or beta features may be unstable and subject to change or discontinuation.
    Creadev provides no guarantees of availability or performance for such features.

14. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
    Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
    Creadev is not liable for lost revenue, data, or indirect damages.
    Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

15. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify Creadev against claims arising from your content, games, or violations of laws or these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    Province of British Columbia, Canada.
    Exclusive jurisdiction of BC courts.

17. Changes to Terms
    Creadev may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
